Avalix is operated by Strongware LLC, doing business as Avalix. This policy covers avalix.ai and the Avalix AI Employee service.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, business details and the setup answers you give us. Payments are handled by Whop; we never see or store your card number. To run your AI employee, we store the calls, texts and emails it handles for your business (including transcripts and contact details of the people who reach you), the documents you upload, and usage counts used for your monthly allowance.
We use this information to provide the service: answering and routing your customers' messages, showing them in your dashboard, billing, usage alerts, and support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only to provide customer-care, onboarding, appointment, service, and account-notification messages requested from Avalix. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, mobile information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember which workspace you're viewing. We count page views on our own server to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Your account and workspace data are stored on our secure server, with sensitive credentials encrypted. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].
We share data only with the services that run Avalix, each for its part: Whop (payments and subscriptions), Twilio (phone calls, texts, speech recognition and voice), Amazon Web Services (sending email for your business), OpenAI (your AI employee's replies, through the ChatGPT account you connect), Google (only if you connect Gmail or Google Calendar), Cloudflare (network and email routing) and Namecheap Private Email (our own account emails). Their privacy policies govern how they handle that data.
