Installation sessions (Deploy) are delivered via live video call at the scheduled time. We deploy your AI agent on a dedicated VPS, configure your stack, and harden security. We are not responsible for changes you make after the session, or for third party tool updates that may affect your configuration.
AI Employee services may include implementation, managed operation, support, and custom integrations as described in your order. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your order states otherwise.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Installation tiers are one-time payments. Recurring AI Employee services are billed according to the accepted order. Prices are in USD.
The Avalix SMS messaging program provides customer-care, onboarding, appointment, service, and account-notification messages requested by Avalix customers. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt in through the public Avalix SMS consent form at avalix.ai/sms-consent by entering your mobile number and actively selecting the unchecked consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, Avalix will send a confirmation and you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. For support, email [email protected].
Avalix does not sell, rent, or share SMS consent or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work it out. Contact [email protected].
Code samples, workflows, runbooks, and documentation we produce during your engagement are licensed to you for use on the systems we configure for you. You may use the code samples and workflows in your own projects. You may not republish or resell our documentation as your own.
avalix.ai provides AI implementation services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of tools or configurations set up during our sessions. Use all tools at your own risk.
